Futures Game rosters announced
ByOnly one Yankee prospect is going: Jesus Montero. It’s too bad considering the game is in Yankee Stadium, you think they’d try to send at least two players from the host team. Remember, the USA Team will be the trial squad of the US Olympic team. Austin Jackson or Mark Melancon won’t be there, but thankfully Denard Span and Jess Todd will. Phew.
Ughh. I was hoping to go to the Futures Game, but I am not so sure now. Being that the game is NY, I would have figured Jackson to be a lock.
Guess we’ll have to hoard prospects even further. Eh, Hank?
I got tickets to the futures game and I’m stoked! Well worth paying for rather than the actual all star game which is whimsical
