Hey guys – maybe someone knows as there were some notable absences – Seaver, Bench, Ryan -anyone have ideas why they weren’t there? It seemed that generation of players was under-represented
Clearly, the Ghosts of Yankee Stadium were saying to the players, “Oh, you wanna have Jason Varitek in the All Star Game, huh? FUCK YOU JERKOFFS, we’re gonna be here ALL DAMN NIGHT.”
All I was hoping for was that this wasn’t the year that the AL broke its string of victories. Would have been a tad embarrassing to go out like that…
