Longest All Star Game ever

By Benjamin Kabak

Posted by mobile phone: The Yankee Stadium scoreboard just told those of us still left in the Stadium that this is now the longest ASG in terms of hours. After the AL fails to score in the 15th, we’ll reach a new innings mark too. Apparently, the ghosts of Yankee Stadium are trying to send a message…

You could go to sleep. I still had a 90-minute subway ride ahead of me. Hooray for efficient late-night subway service.

That post-game corporate jerk-off was terrible.

Smitt Dog says:

JD Drew can suck my sweaty nut sack. F him hard right in the balloon knot. We should all boycott Ford and Fox for giving that cock target wearing ass clown a truck and an MVP award.

NC Saint says:

Charming.

In other news, Mariano is still God.

Hey guys – maybe someone knows as there were some notable absences – Seaver, Bench, Ryan -anyone have ideas why they weren’t there? It seemed that generation of players was under-represented

Clearly, the Ghosts of Yankee Stadium were saying to the players, “Oh, you wanna have Jason Varitek in the All Star Game, huh? FUCK YOU JERKOFFS, we’re gonna be here ALL DAMN NIGHT.”

Pete says:

All I was hoping for was that this wasn’t the year that the AL broke its string of victories. Would have been a tad embarrassing to go out like that…

Melissa says:

I think the ghosts have already moved across the street.

LiveFromNewYork says:

I was going to say that Nancy Drew is a horrible MVP in a last gig at Yankee Stadium All Star game but the worst would have been Jason Varicose Veins,

Jen says:

I got home around 2:30am. Unfortunately I couldn’t get to sleep until about 5. All that keeps going through my head today is “Hit the ball to Uggla. Hit the ball to Uggla.”
