Does every question submitted go through and appear? Or do you pick which ones will appear and then answer them?

  Mike selects the questions that appear. By the end of the chat, I think he said there are a few hundred left unanswered.

  I do see all of them, but there are a ton of ‘em. I answer maybe one in ten or fifteen.
