Yanks pick up OF Justin Maxwell
'I wanna be where the fans are'

I’d love to see the Yanks also make an attempt to sign Lastings Milledge on a minor league deal. Milledge and Maxwell will give them plenty of options if Andruw Jones goes down or if the Yankees decide to trade a starting OF for a major leaguer. Their outfielders have some of the most trade potential but their minor league system has little OF depth.
