A-Rod hitless in latest rehab game

Update: X-Rays on Cano negative following hit-by-pitch
Severino continues to impress as GCL teams square off

In his latest minor league rehab game with Double-A Trenton, Alex Rodriguez went 0-for-3 with a sacrifice fly to center, a ground out to third, and two fly outs to left. He played eight innings at third base and had to field just one ball, turning a chopper into a 5-4-3 double play. Josh Norris says A-Rod will be off tomorrow. His rehab assignment ends this coming Monday.

A K-less game? Getting the ball in the air more often? Hopefully some good signs showing up the last couple of days.

Definitely encouraging. Especially in light of the report that says there likely won’t be suspensions for Biogenesis this year.

Players Union spin. MLB has to make an example of Aroid, too many lies over the bridge. It is a bad joke that MLB has to get in front of. If not then the Feds get involved.
