The Yankees are very fortunate to still have a two-game lead in the standings right now. The run differential-busting Orioles outscored the Yankees 17-8 in the three games, holding them to just 15 hits in 27 offensive innings. The bullpen allowed five runs on 14 baserunners in nine innings in the three games, and that includes the great work by Boone Logan, David Robertson, and Rafael Soriano on Saturday. Just a miserable series by a team that has won just four of its last dozen games.
Anyway, here is your open thread for the night. The ESPN Sunday Night Game is a good one, the ChiSox at the Tigers (Sale vs. Verlander). I think there might be some college football on as well. Talk about that stuff or anything else here. Have at it.
